Transition assistants are needed pretty much in every town, every city, every state or province and in every country of the world.

It is a natural fact that jobs are sure to become open after a while, some due to retirement or some due to a persons' body retiring. It is not wise to wait until this happen and then throw some novice into a traumatic condition of trying to see what works. The proper time is to place them in the position with ample time for them to learn the job and learn it right, or get them from a college that has vocational training, etc.

I am sure you will agree, that they are indeed, needed NOW!
