This is already happening on many jobs and active in many colleges. I am sure this site is not the first to strive to create some type of network, to encourage a bustle of these kinds of activities.

A seeker of a career should research whether the job they are interested in provide on the job training. A creative thinker may even be able to persuade some employer to consider them for an apprenticeship, especially if they are willing to work for less while they are training.
