A Transition Assistant is someone who has knowledge of a trade and is willing to share that knowledge with others that are interested in learning.

The art of sharing knowledge is not easily done and it is not every tradesman that is

interested in this job.

Some are unable to verbalize the instructions in a motivational manner that a student

will want to learn, but understand this, There is nothing wrong with this type of

tradesman for they are the backbone of the industries of all countries. Many of them are

experts at the trade they work in and their companies wish that they had a whole crew

of employees like them.

The Transition Assistant can be found on most every job, he/she is the one that loves to talk

and tell others the art of the trade. Many supervisors sometimes realize the potential of

this type and make them trainers to the incoming new employees.

This site will try to locate these individuals and create a database of their talent and trade

and connect them with the other necessary party, THE ONE WHO WANTS TO LEARN!

It is a known fact; Many of these individuals are retired, Some of them would love to become

somewhat active again, lastly, Sadly some of them need the income and it is a waste of their

knowledge to have them serving as greeters etc. etc.
